I called KCM as we had a power failure. Karl came out within the hour, located the problem and explained very clearly what the problem was. He even recommended a place I could contact for repair to the washing machine causing the problem.

Highly recommend Karl & KCM Services! Karl was very professional and his knowledge is incredible and reassuring. He sorted out my water tank, waste pipes, sink drainage, bathroom heater, light fixings and plug sockets. Definitely my go-to from now on for all things electrical and plumbing.

Called KCM at random from Google to get a light fitting moved, and very happy I did. Karl was quick and professional, and did an excellent job. He kept me informed about everything he did and offered some very helpful advice. I will certainly give him a call next time I have any need of an electrician.

Karl came the next day after calling to do a couple of switches and light up. Really quick but also gave me really useful advice on voice activate lights. Not many electrical companies want to do small jobs so finding Karl has been a great find, will use again.

Called KCM Services late morning as we had an electrical fault in our garage which caused our freezer to stop working. KCM Services arrived just before 2.00pm and carried out a full investigation to find the fault. The problem was rectified pretty quickly and another small job of changing a double plug socket sorted too. A fantastic, professional service performed by a very knowledgeable electrician. Great to know there are real craftsmen around who do a good job and care about what they do. Thank you.

Excellent service, friendly and engaging. Replaced our loft water tank. Everything was left very tidy up there.

Karl came to fix the issue I had with the electric cooker which kept tripping the electrics. He was polite and honest about the issue and had it solved in no time. Job well done and I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
